Shippit is our delivery partner!

We have chosen to use Shippit as our delivery service to arrange for your items to be delivered Australia-wide. We constantly monitor our deliveries to make sure they are being delivered within a reasonable time frame. 

All deliveries are fully insured, if your order is lost or damaged in transport we will raise an inquiry with our delivery partner and resolve the issue as soon as possible. The delivery is trackable and a signature is normally required. 

We chose Shippit as their integration and pricing system match what we required. We also wanted a Carbon Neutral delivery provider. 

What if the parcel is running late?

The good news is that in 2019, over 95% of our deliveries have been on time.

And when it comes to late parcels, almost all are delivered within two business days of the delivery estimate.

If it has been more than two business days since the delivery estimate date – and there’s been no update to the tracking information – your parcel may be running late in this case call or email us. 

What couriers do we utilise? 

We use the following couriers the courier chosen is automatically allocated to the most suitable courier based on location, size and weight, and item being sent. If you have concerns with a particular delivery service please email us after placing your order and we will arrange something else (Additional costs may be incurred).
